MeV is a company that trades on providing Fun electric bikes and integrity in dealing with customers.

We aim to build and sell good quality e-bikes nicely (life is too short to get stressed or to worry about trying to trick someone out of a few pounds)

Our bikes are built using good quality components and all the bikes are road tested before release to the customer. Our Bikes have full warranty just in case, once you own your bike from Minster you have their support as well.

Our supply chain is audited for sustainability and employee welfare. If a company looks after its employees, the employees look after the companies products. I personally visit the suppliers to confirm the authenticity of their accreditations in quality management and environmental impact: I test the truth in what they say: I spend time in their manufacturing processes. This gives me the confidence to build and sell quality Chopsters that will be fun for their owners.

We ensure Minster e-bikes are made in a sustainable, fair and equitable manufacturing process and they don't cost the earth.

E bikes are supposed to be a green sustainable transport option, so together, let's make sure they are. Buying the cheapest e-bike may end up being the most expensive for the environment and/or you.

UK rules regarding electric bikes are very clear:

at time of writing, e-bikes with throttles and with motors bigger than 250 watts are not to be used on public roads. it is not illegal to sell them. If you buy an ebike with a throttle and/or a motor bigger than 250 watt from Minster-ev then it is on the understanding that you fully understand the current rules regarding e-bikes and the rider accepts responsibility for their own actions.
