The chopster is not a mini bike. It is a full size electric bike suitable for riders between 5' and 6'4" tall. The bike weighs about 25kg without the battery so can be accommodated on suitable rear mounted cycle racks. The diagram shows the nominal dimensions of the bike. The handle bar height can be adjusted to between 110 and 120.   the maximum static loading is 180kg, but at this loading it will require skill in handling at speed
